Sale conditions

Payment will be accepted by check, money order, certified check, Visa or MasterCard check or Interac and cash in person, payable before delivery of products.
For payments other than Visa and MasterCard online, please contact us by email for details.

Taxes are applicable under the current laws on the sale price.

Caution, recommendations and responsibilities

Oui, je le vœux… is not responsible for misuse of its products. We guarantee the quality of the fabric for normal usage and maintenance recommendations. Defects at the seams is guaranteed 90 days after the invoice date.

By the present, the client or his representative, declare to be properly authorized to make an order. This person declares to have read the conditions of sale and integrally accepts them.

Shipping

Deliveries are made by Canada Post and are not included in the advertised price. Delivery time depends on the delay established by the courier accelerated package service which is situated between 1 and 7 working days depending on the region of Canada. For international shipping, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for reception. If you desire faster service, send us an e-mail to know available rates. We are not responsible for delays that may happen in the case of a lost package or stopped services in case of a strike. Please verify with Canada Post for more information on delivery times and conditions in force for the accelerated package service. The price of delivery depends on the weight and volume. Delivery rates are based on those from Canada Post.
It is possible to come and get the package in person. In this case, please call us to make an appointment. For a delivery outside of Canada, please communicate with us to learn about delivery costs and applicable delays.

Within Canada

Orders can be sent via Expedited Parcel Post or Dicom express unless otherwise specified. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Most orders are shipped from Boucherville, Qc, Canada and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.

To the USA

Orders sent to the USA are shipped by Xpresspost. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

International shipping

Orders going to international destinations can be ship by flat transportation or by air mail. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Bikes cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Many international destinations are now receiving improved airmail service via Canada Post Xpresspost International. For countries and delivery times visit Canada Post.

Taxes

If an order is shipped to the following provinces or territories, Oui, je le vœux… must collect the applicable taxes as described:

  • British Columbia (BC) - 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
  • Alberta (AB) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight
  • Saskatchewan (SK) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight
  • Manitoba (MB) - 8% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
  • Ontario (ON) - 13% HST on merchandise and freight
  • Quebec (QC) - 9.5% PST on the total of the merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
  • New Brunswick (NB) - 13% HST on merchandise and freight
  • Nova Scotia (NS) - 15% HST on merchandise and freight
  • Prince Edward Island (PE) - 14% HST on merchandise and freight
  • Newfoundland (NL) - 13% HST on merchandise and freight
  • Northwest Territories (NT) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight
  • Yukon (YT) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight
  • Nunavut (NU) - 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and members are responsible for paying them. Oui, je le vœux… is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Guarantee

Oui, je le vœux…guarantees the quality of our products. If an item hasn't met your expectations, you can bring it back. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction please contact us prior to returning your product; we can often offer a solution that will help. If you still have some difficulties and/or are unhappy with your product, items purchased directly from our websites are returnable within the 30 day trial period, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact mariage@ouijelevoeux.com if you need to return a product. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Oui, je le vœux… prior to sending the item(s) back. Simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.

We offer a fixing service. If you see some defects that could be fix please communicate with us. A repair fee may be applied to non-warranty items. Please give us 2 weeks to send you back your product.

Policy for returning merchandise

Dresses and accessories are exchangeable and reimbursable if they have not been worn and/or washed. Articles must be returned in their original state.

If you wish to exchange your dress or accessories, return delivery is at your own cost. If the product has manufacturing faults or an error was made when being sent, we will reimburse you the amount of return postal service. Send a bill of your expedition costs with the package.

If you wish to be reimbursed, the return costs are your responsibility. Also, only 75% of the amount billed will be reimbursed. Oui, je le vœux… reserves the right to refuse a reimbursement.

Returns by mail

To return a product by mail, first contact us by email at mariage@ouijelevoeux.com, or call us at 1.514.276.2945.

Within Canada
Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.

From outside Canada
Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package.
Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Oui, je le vœux….
